I accept the majority of insurance plans, and many health insurance plans cover nutrition visits, often at NO COST to you! I also accept cash/out-of-pocket.

Whether you are going through insurance or paying out-of-pocket, a referral from your healthcare provider is required for nutrition services.

In the event you have a deductible, your insurance will not cover the cost of the visit. You will be required to pay for the full cost of the visit.

Coverage varies between plans. Please contact your insurance plan prior to your appointment to verify your benefits.

If I am out-of-network with your insurance, sessions may still be covered. Sessions will need to be paid in full, but I can provide you with a superbill to submit for possible reimbursement.

Follow up: $80

Initial + 3 Follow ups: $400 (save 5%!)

Initial + 6 Follow ups: $595 (save 10%!)
